You agree to use HissabKitaab only for lawful business record-keeping. You must not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to store unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle. Access to premium features depends on an active subscription.
When a free trial or paid period ends without renewal, premium features are locked while your data is preserved. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for more.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your records at any time.
We work hard to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
